2. Personal data we may collect
When you use the website or send us an availability or information request about a property, we may collect the data you provide through the forms, namely: name, email address, phone number, desired check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, the property you are asking about and the content of your message.
The server hosting the website may also record technical information needed for its operation and security, such as IP address, date and time of access, pages requested, browser type and similar information normally found in a server's technical logs.
We do not request special categories of personal data through these forms.
3. What we use the data for
Data sent through the availability request forms is used to receive and review the request, check the availability of the property, contact the person who made the request, provide the information requested and, where applicable, follow up with the booking process.
The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary to take steps, at the data subject's request, prior to entering into a contract.
Technical data generated by the operation of the website may be processed to ensure operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and the security of the systems.
Data provided through an availability request is not used to send marketing communications merely because the form was submitted.
If direct marketing or newsletters that depend on consent are introduced in the future, they will be presented separately and with the appropriate mechanisms.
4. Data retention
Data associated with availability requests, information requests and similar contacts will, as a rule, be kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established during that period that justifies keeping it for a different period.
When a booking or other contractual relationship is concluded, certain data may have to be kept for longer periods to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Technical and security logs are kept only for the period necessary for their technical and security purposes.
